Our Company

Express Bathrooms Is the creation of Kenneth Dorian. Ken is a general contractor and owner of Dorian Construction. His vision of specialization was born from his mathematics degree and building experience combined. With the rising cost of the building, he envisioned specializing in a specific scope of work in order to become more efficient and therefore less expensive while keeping up with the quality of the build. He developed a methodical approach to building and then applied it to one specific area- bathrooms. His belief is that by “Specializing” in a specific scope of work, it enables us to stay on schedule and perfect what we do.

Once the technical part was perfected the only piece missing was the design aspect. Working alongside designer Lisa Daniel, who has a penchant for picking the right colors, products, and overall visionary excellence was the perfect match. Together they are a dynamic team able to put together all the components for the perfect bathroom remodel from start to finish. They are both on every job site from start to finish.

Our Process

Once the design is complete and the paperwork is submitted for permitting the real fun begins. The clients will select all the materials under the guidance of the design team. Tile, plumbing fixtures, countertops, flooring, cabinetry, and lighting. Everything is carefully selected to fit the client’s needs, tastes, and budget. The building materials will be ordered and sorted at the same time. Once all the materials are ordered and arrive, the permit is usually issued. All the work and materials are sorted into a program and scheduled accordingly. Everyone has a role and plays their part. Inspections are scheduled beforehand also to ensure there are no delays. The owners visit the job site daily ensuring everything goes as planned and every detail gets completed to perfection.
